Local materials and technology for a 5 star stay
We love and take care of this compound as if it were our own home. It is made up of 5 apartments of different sizes which can host couples or families (from 2 to 6 people); they are spacious and bright, all with a balcony with a spectacular view on the best peaks of the Dolomites surrounding us.
The traditional materials coming from the area go hand in hand with the comforts of technology like satellite TV, WiFi, and all the appliances necessary to make it a true holiday!
For total relaxation, if you choose one of our apartments, you can still use the outdoor wellness area with panoramic sauna and shower, by booking it for use upon payment. And for only 15 Euros you can book yourself a great start to the day with a wholesome breakfast at the Farmhouse Plang B&B, just a few steps away!
The meaning of "nature in the home"

Our family has also created and runs the Farmhouse Plang B&B, with ten exclusive rooms furnished to recreate, indoors, the elements, the materials, and aromas of the surrounding environment, so that at the end of the day, entering the room, contact with nature doesn’t go lost.
That’s why we take pride in our philosophy of “nature in the home”!
All rooms have an excellent orientation and have been furnished (wall panelling, beds and furniture) with materials coming from the Valley, especially timber from our woods, namely Swiss pine (chosen for its beneficial properties) and fir (in all its variations: aged, sun-scorched and ancient).
Eight rooms have been designed drawing inspiration from animals and key elements of the life of the Farm (Sheep, Bee, Swiss Pine and Malga), while the other two have domestic animals as motif. Guests at the Farmhouse Plang B&B start the day with a wholesome breakfast with the products of the Farm: fresh milk and freshly collected eggs, and also products of excellence of the Region (speck, cold cuts, many kinds of cheese made with milk from the Valley, super fresh yogurt, home baked bread, and so on). And obviously home-made jams and bakery and fresh fruit.
If you prefer the Apartment formula but don’t want to give up starting the day with this special breakfast, you can have it for only 15 Euros!

Have you ever tasted panicia, a barley and smoked meat soup? Or tried combining gulasch and canederli? They are just few of the authentic dishes of Ladin cuisine you can try if you stop at our family cabin.
La Ütia is only open in winter, and because of its strategic position (it is right on the B slope of Piz Sorega, the blue slope that takes you down to the valley) it is the perfect place for a stopover, also for families and those who want to enjoy something delicious before moving down the Valley. Service is fast and the quality-price ratio is excellent, or so faithful clients say.
It is run by Norbert’s brother, Alfred, and his wife Evelyn. Here too you’ll find the same warm and friendly atmosphere as the Farmhouse Plang B&B and the Apartments Lüch de Plang.
