Unstable and windy: A depression over Italy will draw moist air masses from the east towards the Alps. At the same time, the foehn wind will start to blow.
The weather
At first snowfall in some places, especially at higher altitudes, while cold northerly winds will dry the air in most valleys. As the day progresses, the precipitation will become less frequent and finally subside also in the mountains. Maximum temperatures between -1° and +6°, locally higher values will be possible due to the foehn wind.
Mountain weather
In the morning, it will snow with decreasing intensity in most mountain ranges. It will be mostly dry in the afternoon, with only a few flakes falling in isolated areas.

Improvement over the weekend, cold: On Saturday the weather over most of South Tyrol will be sunny with a chance of cloud in the east. Windy and cold weather. Sunday weather will also be sunny. In the afternoon, some clouds will arrive from the west. Decreasing northerly winds. On Monday, the sky will be very cloudy with possible weak local precipitation. The weather will remain unsettled on Tuesday. There will be lots of clouds and some precipitation. The snow line will rise towards 1000 m during the course of the day.
