We summarise here all the practical information you need to make the most of your stay with us, from included services to the small details worth knowing before arrival. All that’s left for you to do is relax, take a deep breath and enjoy the mountains in complete tranquillity.
Check-in and Check-out
On the day of arrival, we will be happy to welcome you from 3:00 p.m., while on departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
Tourist tax
For guests staying in the B&B rooms, the tourist tax payable is €3.00 per person per night from the age of 14; for those staying in an apartment, it is €2.30 per person per night from the age of 14.
Cancellation policy
Life can sometimes be unpredictable… which is why we have summarised our cancellation policy below:
- Up to 60 days before arrival, we refund 80% of the deposit.
- From 59 to 30 days before arrival, we retain the full deposit.
- From 29 to 8 days before arrival, we charge 60% of the total price.
- From 7 days before arrival, or in the case of late arrival, a reduced number of guests, early departure, or no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
We always recommend taking out travel insurance.
Children’s discounts
Family holidays are wonderful… especially when they are also affordable! When children stay in the same room as their parents, we apply the following price reductions:
- Up to 6 years of age: -60% of the rate.
- From 7 to 14 years of age: -20% of the rate.
- The third person, in a double room with a sofa bed, pays 20% less.
Access to wellness area
On holiday with your pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your four-legged friends in the B&B rooms, but they are welcome in the apartments – where they can enjoy more space and freedom together with you.
Breakfast
For guests staying in the rooms, breakfast is included in the stay and is served from 7:30 to 9:30. Guests staying in the apartments can enjoy a genuine breakfast at Farmhouse Plang B&B, available upon reservation and for an additional charge, just a few steps from your apartment.
Outdoor and common areas
For a holiday where nothing is left to chance: at your disposal you will find the garden, a convenient free parking area, and a covered garage for motorbikes and bicycles – available for all guests.
Price information
The prices shown on the website are per person per day and for a minimum stay of 3 days. Please note that by booking directly, you are guaranteed the best available rate. Depending on the period requested, a supplement may apply for single use of a double room.
EV charging station
An electric vehicle charging station with a standard European connector is available in our parking area. The service is accessible to all guests; for activation methods, costs, and availability, please contact our staff or speak directly with the reception.
